All rig hts reserved ** ******************************************************************************* How to install. --------------- Run the program Velo32.msi found on the CD or in the zip file. This is a installation package that will install Velocipede 32 on your system. Converting data from Velocipede 3.x ----------------------------------- If you have been using Velociepde 3.x and want to convert the data from the old version to version 4.4, you need to install version 3.5.2 on you computer. This program contain code to create an temporary datafile which Velocipede 4.5 can read. You don't need to install 3.5.2 on your computer, since the components which 3.5.2 use will be installed when you install version 4.5. To convert the data, do as follow: * Run the program \Velo35\Velo.exe * Open the database file you want to create by using the command Open... found in the File menu. * Use the command "Export data" found in the File menu. This will c reate a new file in the same directory where the original database file is located. The name of the new file will be the same as your database, but with the extenstion ".DAT". * Close Velocipede 3.5.2 * Run Velocipede 4.5 and use the command "New..." in the File menu. * Select the option "Import data from Velocipede 3.x" in the "Create new database" dialog box. * Click Finish. * Select the created .DAT file and click OK. The data will now be imported to Velocipede 4.5.
